Owners

To create an owner account, fill out the registration form, accept the site’s terms and conditions, and digitally sign the contract.

Once logged in, go to “My Listings” → “Add Listing”, enter your description, photos, hourly or nightly rate etc. then publish. Our team will review it and when it will be done, your property will be displayed on the platform.

The pool must comply with Israeli legislation, meet the hygiene standards set by the Ministry of Health, and adhere to all safety regulations defined by law.

A 10 % service fee on each booking, automatically deducted when the guest pays.

In your listing, under “Price”: define rates, second & third night/hour rates, guest rates and any extra fees or services.
You also have the possibility to set custom pricing for specific days/period of time.

You’ll receive an email and a sms for every new booking.

The guests pays to you directly as you are used to. Cash/wire transfer or any other payment method. We are working to provide full payment on our platform in accordance to Israeli law.

 

  • Withdrawal period: Under Israel’s Consumer Protection Law (CPL 5741-1981), any long-distance sales transaction (including online accommodation bookings) may be cancelled within 14 days of the transaction date or of receiving the transaction’s summary document, whichever is later  .

  • Advance-notice requirement: Cancellation must be made at least 7 days (not days of rest) before the scheduled start of the service; if the request arrives fewer than 7 working days beforehand, the statutory withdrawal right does not apply  .

  • Cancellation fee: The host may charge a fee equal to 5 % of the total price or NIS 100, whichever is lower, except where the cancellation results from the host’s breach (e.g. accommodation non-conformance)  .

  • Refund timing: Any refundable amount (net of permitted fees) must be reimbursed within 14 days of the host’s receipt of the cancellation notice  .

  • Exceptions & extensions: Once the stay has begun, the statutory right expires. For “special populations” (seniors, new immigrants, persons with disabilities), the cancellation period extends up to 4 months under certain conditions  .

Example 1

  • Booking: 30 days before check-in

  • Cancellation: 15 days before check-in

  • Analysis: Cancellation occurs on day 15 after booking (i.e. outside the 14-day window), so the statutory right does not apply. Any refund or fee depends on the host’s own policy.

Example 2

  • Booking: 10 days before check-in

  • Cancellation: 3 days before check-in

  • Analysis: Cancellation falls within 14 days of booking but is submitted less than 7 working days before the stay; therefore, the statutory withdrawal right is forfeited and refund/penalties follow the host’s terms.

According to Israeli law, as property owners, you are not legally required to provide documents to us, but we do ask for at least a scan of Teudat Zehut.

On the homepage, search by type and location. Click “Book Now” or “instant booking” on a listing and follow the steps.

Yes, in order to guarantee the reservation, you have to pay a deposit. It ensures reliability for both owners and clients.

Every owner decide what you can do on his property.
Smoking, pets, parties, loud music etc is determined by the owner only. Check the property page about those rules.

After your session, you’ll receive an email invitation to rate your host and write a comment.

Yes—if the host has enabled Instant Booking and slots are available.

You can contact the host or our team in order to find a solution.

It can be additional fees like options you’ll choose (ie: drinks, towels etc.)
