Guests

  • How do I create an account?

    Fill in the registration form, accept the terms and conditions, and you're set.

  • How do I find and book a pool?

    Search by area and stay type from the homepage. Click 'Book now' or 'Instant booking' and follow the steps.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    Credit card for now. Bit, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more are coming.

  • How do I cancel a booking?

    Go to 'My bookings', pick the booking and click 'Cancel'. See our cancellation policy for details.

  • Is there a deposit at booking?

    Yes — a deposit is taken to secure the booking and ensure reliability.

  • What if there's a problem on site?

    Contact the host directly from the booking page. If the host is unreachable, reach out to our support.

  • What are the rules to follow?

    Each owner sets their own rules. Smoking, pets, parties, loud music etc. are determined by the owner only.

  • How do I leave a review?

    After your stay you'll receive an email to rate the host and leave a comment.

  • How do I contact the host before or during the stay?

    Use the messaging from the booking page or click 'Contact host'.

  • Can I book at the last minute?

    Yes — if the host enabled instant booking and a slot is available.

  • What if I'm not satisfied?

    Contact the host or our support team — we'll find a solution.

  • Are there any extra fees?

    Optional add-ons (drinks, towels, etc.) may be offered. Every fee is displayed clearly before booking.

Hosts

  • How do I create a host account?

    Fill in the registration form, accept the terms and digitally sign the contract.

  • How do I add my pool?

    Go to 'My listings' → 'Add listing'. Fill in description, photos, prices, then publish. Our team reviews before publication.

  • What are the eligibility criteria?

    The pool must comply with Israeli legislation, Ministry of Health hygiene standards, and applicable safety rules.

  • What service fees apply?

    A 10% service fee on each booking, automatically deducted at payment.

  • How do I set rates and availability?

    Define rates in the 'Pricing' section: per night, sliding scales, per-guest. You can also set specific rates for particular periods.

  • How am I notified of a new booking?

    You receive an email and an SMS for every new booking.

  • How do I receive payments?

    Depending on the mode you choose: full collection via the site (bank transfer after the stay) or direct payment (cash, transfer, Bit).

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Compliant with Israeli Consumer Protection Law: 14-day withdrawal right, 7 business days notice. Cancellation fee 5% or 100 ₪ (whichever is lower). See dedicated page for details.

  • What if I have a dispute with a guest?

    Contact support at admin@getpool.co.il, WhatsApp +972 58-663-2933 or phone. Provide explanation and evidence for mediation.

  • What documents do I need to provide?

    No document is legally required, but a copy of the Teudat Zehut is requested.
